Sustainable development
Turning waste into treasure, setting a benchmark for green technology
·Recycled polyester (rPET) significantly reduces the consumption of petroleum resources and effectively addresses the issue of "white pollution," transforming waste into valuable textile fibers.
·Environmentally friendly viscose addresses the environmental concerns inherent in the traditional viscose fiber (rayon) production process.
Combining the two in a blended fabric gives the final product a dual green identity. Not only is it a prime example of "waste-to-value" innovation, but it also represents the successful integration of "sustainable forestry and clean production." As a result, the product effortlessly meets the stringent requirements of internationally recognized eco-certification standards such as GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and OEKO-TEX STeP.
Green manufacturing: Driving sustainable production
·Clean production processes: Implement energy-saving upgrades (such as waste heat recovery from air compressors and LED lighting), water-saving technologies (like low-bath dyeing and reclaimed water reuse), and promote the recycling of waste resources, striving to build "green factories" and "zero-waste factories."
·Energy-saving and consumption-reducing technologies: By implementing high-efficiency motors, waste heat recovery from air compressors, intelligent HVAC systems, and more, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit of product continues to decline.
·Emission Reduction and Recycling: Implement water-saving technologies such as low-bath dyeing and ultrasonic cleaning, and establish a reclaimed water reuse system to achieve "near-zero wastewater discharge." Additionally, recycle and repurpose production waste and end-of-life textiles, creating an in-house "micro-circular" system.
·International Certification Barriers: Actively pursue globally recognized certifications such as GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OEKO-TEX STeP, and Higg FEM. These certifications serve as the "green passport" enabling products to enter premium global markets, effectively establishing robust non-tariff barriers and giving companies a competitive edge.
·ISO Quality Management System: Certified under the Textile Eco-Production Standard, holding both GRS and SVCOC eco-certifications, the company has surpassed annual sales of 12,000 tons.
